Wisconsin Agri-Business Association
Executive Director
In November 2024, I was promoted to Executive Director of the Wisconsin Agri-Business Association. In this role, I lead the organization and its staff, overseeing marketing and communications, developing and managing the annual budget, and executing key policy priorities. I also direct our 700-attendee trade show and collaborate closely with industry stakeholders to advance the association’s mission.

Driftless Design Co.
Owner & Graphic Designer
n 2023, after creating wedding stationery for a friend, I launched Grace Howe Designs, a small graphic design business specializing in bringing couples’ wedding visions to life through thoughtfully designed stationery. As the business grew, I expanded my services to include branding and logo design for small businesses. In 2026, I rebranded the business as Driftless Design Co., inspired by the Driftless Region of Iowa that I proudly call home. Today, I’ve had the honor of helping countless couples and small businesses bring their ideas to life through intentional, creative design.

Wisconsin Agri-Business Association
Director of Policy and Communications
Upon completion of my internship with the National Pork Producers Council (NPPC), I accepted a position with the Wisconsin Agri-Business Association as the Director of Policy and Communications. During my time in this role, I managed all association marketing and communications, including e-newsletters, social media content, website developmentm and more. I also worked with the Executive Director to help communicate policy priorities to members and legislators.

After graduating a semester early from school, I accpeted an internship with the National Pork Producers Council (NPPC) to enhnace my knoweldge and gain more real world skill. While at NPPC, I have worked on several projects such as designing and creating the Pork Alliance Flyer, creating several advertisements, developing social media posts and updating the company website. I also manage and produce the Pork Daily Newsletter and assist with legal research.

Filament Marketing Agency
Marketing Intern
The summer between my junior and senior year of college I experienced agency life at Filament. Filament is one of the only agriculture marketing agencies in the country. This experience was extremely beneficial both personally and professionally. I had the great honor working on various clients doing various roles. I was able to lead several projects from start to finish. This internship helped me better understand agency life and helped me develop many skills needed in the marketing world such as strategic thinking.

Iowa Governor's Office
Intern
In the spring semester of 2022, I had the opportunity to intern in Governor Kim Reynold's Office. During my time here, I helped the legal team and policy advisors with various projects. I also served as a constituency services representative. I opened mail and registered the opinions of Iowa citizens. My main project though was assisting the executive scheduler with the Governor's 99 County Tour. This project helped me understand parts of Iowa I was not very familiar with. It also enhanced my verbal communication skills as I called many businesses.

Queen Connection
Digital Marketing Intern
Queen Connection is a company that provides support and guidance to the pageant world. Queen Connection connects pageant participants to coaches, contestants, judges, clothes, clinics, and education. Within my internship at Queen Connection, I managed all social media accounts. I developed Instagram and Facebook posts for the company. I also managed the company website. This internship taught me more about the use of social media and marketing.

STgenetics
Marketing and Communications Intern
STgenetics is a dairy cattle genetics company that I had the pleasure interning with. During my time here, I developed internal communications pieces for the sales team such as a sales team binder highlighting marketing strategies. In addition to developing internal communication pieces, I also created external marketing pieces such as sales team postcards that were sent to customers. I also had the opportunity to attend events such as the National Jersey Convention where I marked the company and their products.

Farmers Win Cooperative
Inside Sales Intern
I interned at Farmers Win Cooperative in the sales department. Within my job here, I managed inventory, assisted with inside sales and managed the scale. I also had the opportunity to communicate with the salespersons. Within this internship, I enhanced my knowledge in the department of crops and also bettered my communication skills.


Iowa Dairy Princess - Alternate
In 2018–2019, I had the honor of serving Iowa’s dairy farm families as the Iowa Dairy Princess Alternate. In this role, I connected with consumers, producers, and communities across the state to share the stories of Iowa’s dairy farmers and help strengthen the connection between agriculture and consumers. Through public appearances, community events, educational outreach, and active communication, I represented the dairy industry and served as an advocate for Iowa’s dairy farm families.
